In the attack was Brandon Ingram (30, 11/23 FG, 7/8 FT) with its third 30-point game in a row, which represents a franchise record, the dominant figure, but also Jonas Valanciunas (26, 9/15, 15 rebounds) made a strong game. But in the fourth quarter it was the defense, which made the difference for New Orleans.
Herb Jones (13, 3/7, 2 steals, 3 blocks) blocked three threes, among other things, chris Paul exemplary. The same was also available for backup Guard Jose Alvarado (5, 2 Steuer), who changed the dynamics in the game with its energy. C.J. McCollum (18, 2/9 threesome, 9 rebounds) built strongly after a good start. But not only McCollum met by Downtown bad, only Devonte's Graham met otherwise two triples, the rest collapsed only 4/21.
The Suns hardly made it better (7/27 3P), but stayed long in the game because Deandre Ayton (23, 11/14, 8 rebounds) and Javale McGee (14, 7/7) in Right processed everything processed. CP3 caught with 4 points (2/8 FG, 0/3 threesome) and at least 11 assists a faint evening, he could no longer get the events in the fourth neighborhood.
Pelicans coach Willie Green screwed in comparison to game 3 a little at his rotations, a measure was to give Valanciunas more minutes against McGee and that paid out. The Lithuanium let the backup of the Suns get off several times and could thus be more stable scores. That helped the hosts, especially Ingram and McCollum, both of whom began well. Above all, Ingram continued exactly where he had stopped lasting and met the circus rolls like this.

On the other hand, the Suns bounds again Ayton, but hardly met from the distance (3/11). Through Cuts, however, there was light open, the guests net to the break over half of their throws. New Orleans completely cooled down completely, in the last six minutes, the hosts did not achieve Field Goal more and were still well served with a 6: 14 run (including the first Crowder-Threesman of the series). Phoenix still led 51:49 to the break.
The Suns played their game, New Orleans did not manage to bring tempo to the game. Ingram started well after the break and made everything in a 10: 2 course of the hosts in principle. CP3 was entangled in Trash Talk with Jones, with Crowder (11) and Cam Johnson (13) had two of his player stations with 4 fouls on the bench. As a result, Ingram (16 in the third quarter) grabbed another highlight with this Dunk and now the lead of the hosts grew slowly. At the end of the quarter, the first two-digit leadership was for the hosts (84:74).
And this upholstery needed the pels, as the well-known run of the Suns started with Paul immediately. On the other hand, New Orleans held: Alvarado forced an 8-second violation, Valanciunas agriculture against Ayton and sank a disinrulation. Defense was the Calling Card, Alvarado and Jones temporarily played a full field press, which nervously annoyed the Point God and also led to a flagrant foul against the Suns star. The guests did not come into play when McCollum met his second threesome in the game at stake at the clock at the clock, the thing was done (107: 89).
