Xbox Game Studios has announced that ASOBO STUDIO's Microsoft Flight Simulator large expansion 40th Anniversary Edition has been decided on November 11, 2022.

In this edition commemorating the 40th anniversary of the series in November 2022, helicopters and gliders appear as new models. In addition to the addition of a passenger aircraft Airbus A310, which had many requests from the community, the aircraft of past versions such as Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 will be added.

40th Anniversary Edition is provided for players who own this work or play with the subscription service Game Pass. The update will also add heliports, glider airports, and new missions.
