Wemade Play, its subsidiary Playings-Flyer Merger
[subsidiary Playings Park Ye-jin reporter] Wemade Play (CEO Lee Ho-dae) announced on the 27th that it has decided to merge both subsidiary Playings (CEO Sung-bum) and Flyer (CEO Byung-hwan Ahn).
Founded in 2015 as AniPang Plus, Playings entered the domestic webboard game market with 'Ani Pango' and has entered the overseas social casino market with 'slot mate' in 2018. Last year, it merged with the same developer Lings Games.
Since its establishment in 2014, Flyer is a developer with more than 150 slots of 'Rock & Cash' casino and more than 200,000 people a day.
The number of new corporations through the merger will reach 52.8 billion won in annual sales in 2021 and 800,000 users per day. The two companies plan to create synergy effects on the merger effect, expanding customer service, and launching new blockchain-based works, including existing release.
The merger date of the new corporation, which is about to approve the general shareholders' meeting on the 31st, was appointed with the signing of the two companies and affiliates.
